Refund policy

Most of my products are handcrafted and may vary slightly from display photos. 

Kreative Karina does not provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, order the wrong product, damage it by misusing it, or use it for a long time. The problem is a result of usual wear and tear.

Under the Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to return a product and get a refund or exchange if the product does not meet certain consumer guarantees - for example, if the product is faulty. Kreative Karina is passionate about delivering quality products and maintains the highest standards to achieve this.

Kreative Karina will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
