My name is KK, I am a Darwin-based artist who shares my art through photography, drawing, painting and graphic design. My family, culture, and community inspire my artwork and travels.

"It is a story my family has told; it is marks, lines and memories that I have seen and captured.

"From a young age, I watched my family create around me. It was my uncle drawing and painting, my sisters drawing and experimenting, my brother's building, my grandmother sewing, and sitting with my mum stripping coconut leaves to make brooms and scaping coconuts to make hair oil. This was the start of my art journey and the inspiration for my art today.
